can't access to answer

我已click"save as link" ,但打開notes 的答案時都是亂碼，可不可以搞下去？！？！

Please try "Save file" / "另存檔案".

我已click save file or save as link 之類的所有icons, 希望你不要再重複這句。我可以打開file,但全部都是亂碼，所有關於答案的file都是！！！請你們盡快解決，我已反映這意見很久但都沒得到幫助！！！！！
